It is essential to remain hydrated, especially in the monsoon season. Drink enough water to remove toxins from the body. Herbal teas and electrolytes are also beneficial

Food spoils faster in monsoon conditions, making it a breeding ground for germs. Thus, it is best to avoid street foods because they are kept outside and are susceptible to harmful microorganisms.

Personal hygiene during the monsoon season is essential. You should wash your hands before eating. You can also carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you for extra caution.
