When breaking fast, start with water or something light (fruit or unsweetened drink), then eat slowly. Avoid high-sugar or fried foods.

Check sugar levels more often than usual. If sharp drops or excessive spikes occur, then adjust snacks or medication as advised by your doctor.

During non-fasting hours, drink enough water. Limit caffeine & sugary beverages—they can spike blood sugar or dehydrate.
