Low hemoglobin often starts with an iron deficiency in the body. It can lead to fatigue, weakness, and a drop in concentration levels. So here are 5 drinks that naturally help boost hemoglobin.

Beetroot is high in folate, vitamin C, and nitrates, making it an excellent natural iron booster. It promotes red blood cell regeneration, increases haemoglobin levels, and improves oxygen flow throughout the body.

Prune juice is known to increase hemoglobin levels and has roughly 3 mg of iron per cup. Regular consumption provides energy and helps maintain iron levels, particularly for people who are at risk of anemia.

Mulberries are an excellent source of iron. One cup of mulberry extract contains 2.59 milligrams of iron. Mulberries contain vitamin C, which promotes iron absorption, hence increasing iron levels and hemoglobin.
