The rainy season is here. It’s a wonderful time of the year. The rainy season brings not so wonderful illnesses related to mosquito bites.

Here are effective ways to help you to avoid mosquito bites and help keep you, & your family healthy this monsoon.

- Full Sleeves Long shirts - Long Pants - Socks while indoors Wearing full clothing protects your skin from mosquitos, especially during dawn, and dusk.

- Neem Oil - Citronella - Eucalyptus oil Use diluted natural oils onto exposed skin. You can apply yourself and your family without worrying about chemicals.

Use Natural Repellant & (Safe) Work Repellent

- Use Mesh on Doors and/or Windows - Clean up stagnant water - Use mosquito coils / Vaporiser machines Keeping a clean home/area will dissuade mosquitoes from breeding nearby your home.

- You can rest safe under the net while you sleep. - Use mosquitos nets made with insecticide. Using sleep nets are an essential item in monsoon prone areas.
