Dehydration is one of the most common migraine triggers, so try to consume water slowly, not quickly.

Light & noise sensitivity can often be precursors to migraine attacks. If you have the time, remove yourself from the sensory environment to reduce the draw on your body's nervous system.

Use a cold pack on your forehead or back of your neck. As the cold will lessen inflammation and numb the area. That will help to stop the progress of migraine pain.

Both peppermint and lavender essential oils can give you immediate relief when applied to your temples. They cool the area, relax the muscles, and lessens the severity of the onset.
