Beat 1 cup curd + 2 cups of cold water. Add ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, a pinch of black salt, 1 tsp chopped mint or coriander. You can also add grated ginger to enhance it's taste, stir & enjoy chilled.

Drink 1 to 2 glasses of masala buttermilk daily, especially during peak summer hours (12 p.m. – 4 p.m.). It's best enjoyed after meals or outdoor activities. Note: Avoid in case of lactose intolerance or allergy to dairy.
