Avoid immersing matcha in boiling water. Utilize water that is between 75°C and 80°C. If you can't measure the temperature, let the boiling water sit for a while before mixing it with the matcha.

Increase the antioxidant absorption of matcha by mixing healthy fats, such as almond milk or latte. A squeeze of lemon promotes vitamin C, which enhances anti-inflammatory properties.

If you want a smooth, creamy texture and don't want your matcha to be full of green lumps, you have to sift it. If the matcha is not sifted before whisking, clumps may form.

Match is beneficial to your health, but it's crucial to know how much to take—aim for 1-2 teaspoons each day. By doing this, you can enjoy the health benefits of caffeine without going overboard.
