When you can't eat much, make the most of each bite. You can choose foods high in nutrients, such as avocados, potatoes, berries, almonds, yoghurt, fresh cheese, full-fat milk, and dried fruits.

Exercise causes your body to burn calories, which may make you feel hungrier to eat more. Try to get outside and engage in some exercise because fresh air and physical activity can increase hunger.
