Some yoga poses can elevate your heart rate, build lean muscle, & improve your metabolism - which assists in losing additional fat in a mindful way.

What it does for our body: Gradually elevates your metabolism and tones our core muscles.  Repetition: 5-10 times in a day (These daily repetitions can help you burn fat).

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation)

What it does for our body: Tones abs and helps to strengthen the hip flexors. This pose aids in balance and helps burn belly fat. Hold for 30-60 seconds. Repeat three times.

Navasana (Boat Pose)

What it does for our body: This pose works your core connections, thighs, and the glutes, and builds strength and endurance when held, all of which are very helpful for burning calories.

Utkatasana (Chair Pose)

What it does for our body: Tones our abs & concerns after eating belly fat and can allow our back muscles to strengthen. Cobra is also really helpful for digestion - allow it to include in your morning practices!

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
