Mosoon, with its increased humidity and risk of germs, brings health challenges for all of us , but some are more vulnerable than others. Here are a few tips to keep your kids healthy during this changing weather.

Vitamin C plays a crucial role in enhancing the body's defences against seasonal infection. Try to include vitamin-C-rich fruits like citrus and kiwi in your kid's diet to keep their immunity strong.

No matter what the season is, hydration is always important. Encourage your kids to drink at least 5-6 glasses of water every day. Ensure the water they are drinking is clean and purified.

During viral season, it is really important to practice proper hygiene, like washing hands with soap or sanitize them before eating or touching food to prevent the spread of germs.
