Sore throat, sinus, and nasal infections all become a little too common during the monsoon. Here are some tips that can help you prevent it.

Hygiene is important year-round, but during the monsoon, it is even more important due to the spread of germs. Always make sure to wash your hands with soap before eating or touching your face.

Saline sprays help flush out dust, mucous, and allergies gently to prevent infections, keeping your nasal hygiene optimal. To avoid infections, always use sterile water and clean equipment.
