Monsoon is the season that brings heightened risk of seasonal diseases and food poisoning. Here are some tips to help you keep your gut healthy in the rainy season.

Monsoon makes the perfect conditions for the growth and spread of germs, and uncovered roadside is highly susceptible to it. 

Avoid Roadside Snacks

Pre-cut fruits sold on the roadside may look tempting,  but they can make you sick, as the contamination risk is high for cut fruits stored open. If you wanna have fruits, always wash and cut them fresh.

Say No To Pre-Cut Fruits

When food is cooked to the right temperature, dangerous bacteria and viruses are eliminated. Only consume well-cooked meat, poultry; avoid anything raw or uncooked.
