Stevia won’t cause a blood sugar spike, & has zero calories, which is why a lot of people who are diabetic or trying to eliminate calories choose to use it.

Zero calories means stevia can be a useful tool for weight management purposes by replacing regular high-calorie sugars or syrups in your day-to-day diet.
