Young professionals (aged 27-39) report the highest stress levels, with 11% experiencing high stress, exceeding the national average of 9%.

Only 51% of workers aged 18-26 reported good stress management. In contrast, 81% of older workers (55-64) reported feeling stressed less than once a week.

While overall stress levels among Indian employees decreased slightly from 12% in 2023 to 9% in 2024, the percentage of employees feeling they are thriving at their jobs also declined, from 22% to 20%.
