How to use rice water to treat dark spots

Rinse ½ cup of rice to remove impurities. Soak it in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes, stir well, and strain the water into a clean container.

Wash your face with a gentle cleanser to remove dirt and oil before applying rice water.

Dip a cotton pad into the rice water and gently dab it onto the dark spots or the entire face. Let it absorb naturally into your skin.

Allow the rice water to sit on your skin for 20–30 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water. You can also leave it overnight for better results if your skin tolerates it.
