Often find yourself losing focus and energy at work, but excessive coffee gives you jitters? Here are ways you can stay energized and focused without resorting to a coffee overdose.

One of the easiest ways you can keep yourself focused is by switching your cup of coffee to a herbal counterpart, like green tea.

Dehydration can cause weariness, headaches, and impaired focus.  Keep a water bottle nearby and drink enough water throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated.
