Every 20 minutes, observe something 20 strength away, for 20 seconds. You’ll be giving your eyes a break they truly need, and limiting eye strain and fatigue.

Try not to stare at your screen for too long, as this decreases your blinking rate. Blinking removes eye dryness, irritation, & reduces strain on the eye.

Ensure your screens screen is not too bright or too dim. Make the screen brightness similar to its surroundings and increase the contrast of the text to assist in reading.

Blue light affects your sleep & eye health. Adding a screen filter or wearing blue light screening glasses can help protect your eyes, especially while using screens in the evening.

Dehydration can add to dry eyes. Take sips of water all day, especially during hot summer months, to hydrate your eyes.
