Use plain white or brown rice. Organic rice is best to avoid pesticides. Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove any dirt.

After soaking or boiling, strain the rice. Collect the water in a clean container. This is your rice water.

Pour the rice water into an ice cube tray. Freeze for several hours until solid. Store cubes in a sealed container in the freezer.

Gently rub a cube on clean skin for a few seconds. Do this 1–2 times daily. Avoid using on broken or sensitive skin.

Stop use if you get irritation. Results take time; expect changes in weeks, not days. Consult a dermatologist if unsure.
