Wash your face once in the morning and once before bed. Use a gentle cleanser suited for your skin type. This removes dirt, oil, and pollutants without stripping moisture.

Toners can help balance skin pH and remove leftover residue. Choose alcohol-free formulas to avoid irritation. Not everyone needs this step; listen to your skin.

Serums contain concentrated ingredients like vitamin C or hyaluronic acid. Apply them after cleansing (and toning, if used). Target specific concerns: hydration, pigmentation, or early aging.

Moisturizers trap water in your skin to prevent dryness. Pick a lightweight one for oily skin, a richer cream for dry skin. Apply both morning and night for best results.

Exfoliation 1–2 times a week helps remove dead skin cells. Masks can address hydration or oil control, but are not daily essentials. Avoid over-exfoliating to prevent irritation.

Consistency is key. Stick to your routine for several weeks before expecting results. If you notice persistent irritation, sudden breakouts, or other skin issues, consult a dermatologist.
