Pain and tiredness are very common. They can come from muscle overuse, illness (like flu or COVID-19), or ongoing conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia. Natural remedies may ease symptoms with fewer side effects.

Turmeric contains curcumin, which helps reduce inflammation. It may relieve knee osteoarthritis, diabetic nerve pain, or sciatica. Using turmeric with black pepper might enhance its effect.

Heated pads or hot water bottles can ease sore muscles and low back pain. Heat works by improving blood flow and reducing stiffness in joints. Sometimes alternating heat and cold gives better relief.

Using ice helps reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain, especially right after an injury. It can help with sprains, strains, tendinitis, and bursitis. Apply an ice pack (wrapped in a towel) for about 20 minutes at a time.
