Paneer is high in protein and calcium. The protein in paneer also aids building lean muscle, increases your metabolism, and helps you feel fuller longer—considered optimal for a weight loss diet!

Quinoa is a complete plant protein. It is gluten free and a good source of fiber to support digestion while balancing blood sugar levels.

-Paneer cubes -Cooked quinoa -Vegetables ( broccoli, bell peppers, carrots) -Extra virgin olive oil & herbs/spices -Fresh lemon wedge

Wash and rinse quinoa really well. Then, in a pot, put washed quinoa in water (2:1 quinoa to water ratio) and cook until fluffy. This will be the protein-packed base of your power bowl.

Step 1 - Prepare Quinoa

Then in a frying pan, sauté paneer cubes in a little olive oil. Add spices or herbs. Good examples: Turmeric, black pepper, cumin, etc. These will add flavor, and also support fat burning.

Lightly stir-fry mixed colorful veggies in 100% canola oil, with garlic and ginger. This will help keep their nutrients intact while giving you some added fiber, antioxidants, and crunch in your bowl.

Step 3 – Add Veggies

Layer your ingredients in your bowl. You will have cooked quinoa, sautéed veggies, plus your fresh paneer. Top the bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice or herbs, or even a little yogurt dressing if you have it.
