Green veggies that you should avoid during the rainy season

They are lush green and full of nutrients, but monsoon is not the best time to consume green leafy veggies, as they are prone to contamination and cause digestive issues and discomfort.

During the rainy season, Spinach is vulnerable to bacterial and parasite infestation due to the moisture and mud. It could result in intestinal problems and stomach infections.

Because methi leaves often retain moisture and dirt, they serve as havens for bacteria. They deteriorate quickly and can cause digestive troubles during the monsoon season.
