When we don't drink enough water, our eyes can become dry. Water assists with proper tear production, and keeps your eyes hydrated- especially in a screen environment.

UV rays can contribute to cataracts, retinal damage, & other eye issues. It is always a good idea to wear sunglasses that block 100% of sun rays. Even if it is a cloudy day- wear those sunglasses.

When we do not get enough sleep (at least 7-8 hours), our eyes can become dry, twitchy or red eyes. A good quality of sleep supports eye repair, & helps diminish long-term stress on our vision.

Keep a distance of about an arm's length from your screen, and make sure the brightness isn't too high to cause glare or eye strain. If discomfort persists, speak to your doctor for an eye check-up as it can help with early detection of problems.

Your eyes require daily care, just like your skin and heart. Try to develop a routine, keep to your habits and maybe check in with your eye doctor for specific advice or issues to really develop a proper care plan.
