What is Vitamin D?

An excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Supports heart health, boosts brain function, and may reduce inflammation.

Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and for maintaining strong bones. Fish oil has minor effects, but is not sufficient on its own.

Fish oil lowers triglycerides and blood pressure. Vitamin D has limited effects for heart health.
