Lengthy syllabus, complicated topics, and a short time! Exams can be a stressful time, and you need all the help you can get. So here we bring you some expert-suggested tips to help you during exam times.

When you start studying, always begin with the topic that seems tough. Tackling a difficult topic at the start boosts your confidence and sets the tone for easier topics to follow.

Eat The Frog First

Different people have different times of the day when they find it easier to concentrate. Whether it is late at night, early morning, or the middle of the day, choose a time to study that suits you.

Choose Your 'Focus Hour'

Eliminate any distractions that can impair your concentration while studying. Turn off your phone, and pick a quiet spot when you can. Set time restrictions to avoid constantly checking notifications.

Take a 5-minute break after 25 minutes of studying. After four cycles, take a longer pause of 15-30 minutes. Take a little walk to clear your head, stretch, or drink some water during these breaks.
