It is one of the easiest and most effective exercises to develop core strength. Straighten your body and support it against the ground with your forearms and toes.

Lay on a flat surface, raise your legs while trying to keep them straight, and hold for a few seconds, and repeat for 10-15 reps. This workout helps melt the accumulated fat in your abdominal area.

With your hands holding your head up, lie on your back. Bend your knees 90 degrees so that your right elbow touches your left knee and vice versa.

With your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent, take a seat on the ground. Lean back slightly, elevate your feet slightly, and twist your torso from side to side, hands touching the floor. Do this 12-15 reps of 3 sets.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bring your knees as high as you can toward your chest and begin jogging in place. Doing this for 2-3 minutes daily will help you shed abdominal fat.
