Packed with calcium, milk is a nutritional powerhouse that is a staple in our diet; however, not all foods pair well with milk. Here are some that you shouldn't pair with milk.

Citrus doesn't mix well with milk, as its acidic nature can lead to curdling of milk in your stomach, potentially leading to digestive issues like bloating.

Milk and bananas are heavy and take a long time to digest, so you should avoid eating them together. This prolonged time of digestion may cause you to feel exhausted and drowsy.

Milk is a laxative, while melon is a fruit that is high in water content. Combining these two can cause stomach problems. Hence, it is best to avoid this combination.
