The saying, 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day' is not just about your body, your brain also needs the right fuel to keep going strong through the day.

In addition to their protein and healthy fat contents, eggs are an excellent source of choline, which has been found to boost overall brain health. So scrambled, poached, or boiled, eggs are really good breakfast food.

Add a cup of your preferred unsweetened milk, turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper. What you get is a strong anti-inflammatory that reduces anxiety symptoms, boosts energy and clears brain fog all day.

Avocados improve blood flow to the brain and they are a natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which improve cognitive functions.  It is a tasty and good-for-your-brain breakfast option.
