That uncomfortable feeling of gas and bloating can truly disrupt your day, making you feel sluggish and heavy. Follow these easy tips to get rid of gas and bloating.

Carbonated beverages contain carbon dioxide, a gas that can accumulate in the gastrointestinal tract, causing bloating. To reduce the risk of bloating, you should avoid soda.

Exercise can help you get rid of trapped gas and relieve gas pain.  Walking after meals can help you reduce gas. Walking, jogging, or jumping rope can help you get rid of gas pain.

To get rid of trapped gas, gently massage your abdomen in circular motions. Start from the lower right side, move around to the left, and down. Put light pressure on it for five to ten minutes, and stop if it hurts.
