It is a combination of puffed rice and flattened rice. It is the best and easiest to digest food. It is low in calories and the quickest food to make, with no cooking time. You will feel fill without feeling bloated.

All you need is murmura, poha, onion, tomato, green chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, a small amount of lemon juice, and additional fresh veggies.

Soak poha for a few minutes! Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & curry leaves, then onions and tomatoes. Add poha & murmura. Toss & add lemon.
