When your mind is overworked, breaks allow it to recover. Set a timer to take regular breaks. Create focus times to set boundaries between work and non-work.

Mindfulness is like treating your brain to a mini-vacation. When you feel overwhelmed, take out a few minutes to practice mindfulness, like meditation. These aid in brain relaxation and improve concentration.

A lack of high-quality sleep can cause physical and mental exhaustion. To ensure your mind gets the rest it needs, try to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night.
