Use your phone's built-in functions to monitor and set daily screen time limits. Setting boundaries helps to prevent mindless scrolling and increase focus.

Avoid placing your phone near the bed you sleep or the dining table.  Designating tech-free areas allows you to establish healthier boundaries and stay present.
