Ever freeze up when you need to make a fast decision?  Sometimes our brains become trapped in a cycle of indecision, but the good news is that you can learn to think more quickly and effectively.

Train your brain by making quick decisions about simple things like what to eat, which route to take, and what to wear. Set a timer and challenge yourself to decide in seconds; this increases decision speed and confidence.
