Eat sliced apple or pear (with skin) together with roasted makhana. These fruits provide both soluble and insoluble fiber, which help with digestion and fullness.

Slice a banana, sprinkle in chia seeds, and combine with makhana. Banana offers modest fiber plus resistant starch if slightly green. Chia seeds are very high in fiber and add healthy fats.
