From academics to screentime and extracurriculars, kids today have a lot on their minds, making it harder to stay focused. Here are 5 simple exercises to enhance their concentration and focus.

Memory card games enhance recollection and attentiveness. Kids can train their brains while taking on entertaining tasks by matching pairs or memorising sequences.

Ask your child to list five objects that they can see, four that they can hear, three that they can touch, two that they can smell, and one that they can taste. This grounding game increases their observation and focus.
