Black Coffee: 95 mg caffeine per cup Black Tea: 40-70 mg caffeine Coffee has more caffeine and thus more energy but may cause jitteriness for sensitive individuals.

Black Tea: high in theaflavins and thearubigins which support heart health. Coffee: high in chlorogenic acid, a robust antioxidant. Both drinks include antioxidants which protect your cells from oxidative damage.

Coffee: may help boost metabolism and fat burn. Tea: tannins are good for digestion and gut health. Drink coffee for more energy, drink tea for calmer digestion.

Too much caffeine from either can cause: -Insomnia -Increased Heart Rate -Stomach Acidity Limit to 2-3 cups per day.
