Iron supplements can help you fight iron deficiency in the body which can cause several health issues. But if not taken carefully it can lead to stomach issues and organ damage. Thus always consult your doctor first.

Vitamin D is important for bone health. But, if taken in excessive dosage, the same vitamin can cause calcium buildup in the bloodstream which is potentially harmful for organs like the heart and kidney.
