Chyawanprash is known for enhancing immunity — but are you taking it the right way?

It is a herbal-fruit paste made with amla, herbs, and spices — traditionally used to support immunity, digestion and overall wellness.

Either directly 1 tsp. or with warm water/milk. You can also take it stirred in porridge. Always avoid heavy meals immediately before or after.

Take Chyawanprash in the morning, on an empty stomach, to support digestion & absorption. You can also take it at night with warm milk for night-long nourishment & recovery.
