When you eat refined carbohydrates, such as white bread, bagels, doughnuts, pasta, cookies, etc.., your blood sugar spikes fast & will drop once insulin is released. This can make you want to eat food quickly after eating.

Increased stress levels & lack of sleep can have an effect on hormones like ghrelin, which can promote overeating, and hunger in general to maintain a constant craving.

When you are always hungry, it does indicate something bigger than your appetite. Incorporating protein, fiber, hydration, regulating stress, & balancing your sleep may help you manage your cravings & promote satisfaction after eating naturally.
