They both boast fat-burning, detox, and improved digestion, but which one is the actual target for weight loss? Let's explore it!

Having a detox beverage first thing in the morning kickstarts your metabolism, keeps your digestion going and allows our body to burn fat more effectively throughout the day.

ACV contains acetic acid, which suppresses appetite and increase the body’s fat burning. ACV also helps to balance blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity.

Jeera (cumin) is full of antioxidants and aids in digestion and reduces bloating. Jeera helps help the body absorb nutrients more efficiently and also helps remove toxins from the body naturally.

Taste: Jeera water has a subtle and agreeable taste while ACV is strong and tangy. Digestion: Jeera Water will be the choice for maintaining gut health for the long term. Fat Burning: ACV will burn fat slightly faster due to its acidic content. Daily Use: Jeera water is less harsh for everyday drinking.

Apple Cider Vinegar: Using 1 tbsp, add it to a glass of warm water and drink it before breakfast. Jeera Water: Soak 1 tsp of jeera overnight, boil it, and drink warm in the morning. Do not drink either beverage on an empty stomach if you suffer from acidity problems and/or reflux.

Both drinks have different benefits, but the idea of a regular routine is more effective than the actual beverage. If your goal is daily detox and effective fat loss, stick with jeera water. If your goal is a quicker visible result, then wisely add ACV to your routine. Always consult your nutritionist before adding anything new into your diet.
