Before you board, hydrate your skin with a rich moisturizer to lock in moisture. Don’t forget a hydrating serum for an extra boost, and drink plenty of water to keep your skin glowing throughout the flight.

A light exfoliation before your flight will remove dead skin cells and give your face a smooth, radiant appearance. Stick to a mild scrub or enzyme-based exfoliant to avoid irritation in the dry cabin air.

Even when you're inside, the sun can still affect your skin. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF to protect your skin from UV rays, especially near the windows.

Cabin air can be incredibly drying, so pack a hydrating facial mist to refresh your skin throughout the flight. Look for products with soothing ingredients like aloe vera or rose water for instant relief.

After landing, give your skin a revitalizing boost with a hydrating sheet mask or a deep moisturizing cream. Your skin will thank you for restoring its moisture balance after a long flight.
