5 tips to ease back pain on flights

Long flights with uncomfortable seats, can be a literal pain in the back sometimes! But don't worry, we've got your back, follow these tips to prevent pain and discomfort during a flight.

Opt for an aisle seat to allow easy movement during the flight. If possible, select seats with extra legroom to maintain better posture and reduce strain on your back.
