At the start of each day, write down a short list (3-5 tasks/things) of what you need to do in that day. It will not only help to keep you focused on what was important - rather than being distracted by other things.

If you can do the task in under 2 minutes, then do it now! Don't let tiny tasks pile up and bite into your time later.

Make a block of your day to work on the task, & not just a block of time. Time blocking will allow you to focus on the task at hand by limiting multitasking, & also will allow you to work more effectively.

Limit your craving to check your phone or social apps to certain times during the day! This habit will help to put an end to distractions and help improve productivity.

Take time (even if it's just 5 minutes) to reflect on your day. Assess what you thought went well & what did not go well, & ask yourself why that was? You can use this habit to identify awareness & learn what you can use to improve your daily & weekly routine.

Make room in your schedule by declining to take on tasks you aren't aligned to completing. Saying 'no' is a crucial step towards time management.

Even being a master of time management does not mean you have to change everything you do. Small, consistent micro-habits can elevate your productivity, lower your stress & create peace where you can be mindful about what's most important, creating space for what truly matters.
