6 Indian drinks for changing weather

Weather changes can bring on a cold, cough, tiredness/fatigue, and some issues with digestion etc. Here are 6 traditional Indian drinks  that will help your body to adapt naturally.

Turmeric is full of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. A great way to drink it is ½ teaspoon of turmeric diluted in a glass of warm water and drunk on an empty stomach in the morning.

The herb tulsi helps us to fight off seasonal illnesses as well as to ease a sore throat. Boil 5-7 leaves of the herb tulsi in a cup of water and drink it warm.

Ginger helps to reduce cough and congestion, while honey helps reduce throat irritation.The ginger-honey drink is excellent for drinking when there is a sudden drop in the temperature.
