Yes, they’re rich in fiber and omega-3s. But they’re also expensive and hard for some to digest. Try flaxseeds, just as rich in fiber and omega-3s — but cheaper, easier to find, and actually better absorbed when ground.

Kale is nutritious, but it has a bitter taste, can be difficult to digest when raw, and isn't to everyone's liking. Consider spinach instead; it's milder, versatile, and still full of nutrients.
