5 reasons to soak almonds every morning

Many people find raw almonds hard to chew or gentle digestion a challenge. Soaking almonds overnight is a traditional practice that may help.

Take 5–8 raw almonds and place them in a bowl. Add enough water to fully cover them and let them sit for 8–12 hours (often overnight).
