Ingredients: -2 large cucumbers (grated or sliced) -1 litre of water -2 tsp mustard powder -1 tsp salt -1 tsp red chili powder (optional)

-Combine all ingredients in water. -Pour the mixture into a glass jar. -Cover the jar and keep it in sunlight for fermentation for about 2-3 days. -Stir this daily. -Strain once it feels tangy, & chill before serving.
