Monsoon brings relief from the scorching heat, but along with it comes the threat of infections and diseases. Choosing the right diet is the key to staying healthy during monsoon.

Mushrooms are very susceptible to mold and bacterial growth due to their damp and humid condition. Therefore, it is advisable to minimize eating monsoon during the monsoon.

The high humidity during the monsoon season makes leafy greens like lettuce and spinach very susceptible to the growth of germs and fungi, and eating them can make you sick.

Your digestion becomes more sensitive during the monsoon. Fried foods and street snacks may be tempting, but they can upset your stomach, causing indigestion, diarrhea, and other gut troubles.
