Smile broadly, then open your mouth to create an "O" shape. Next, gently place your fingers on your cheekbones and use your cheek muscles to lift your cheeks towards your eyes. Maintain this position for 10 seconds and repeat it 3 to 5 times.

Sit in a comfortable position and take a deep breath. Open your mouth wide, extend your tongue down towards your chin, and exhale forcefully while producing a roaring sound like a lion. Hold this pose for 5 to 10 seconds and repeat it 3 times.

Position your index fingers at the inner edges of your eyebrows and your middle fingers at the outer edges of your eyes. Look up and tighten your lower eyelids. You should sense a gentle pulse beneath your fingers. Relax and do this 5–6 times.

Sit up straight and mimic chewing with your jaw while keeping your lips shut. Take a deep breath and hum softly. Then, open your mouth wide and press your tongue against your lower teeth. Hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat it 10 times.
