Boil 1 tsp jeera in water and allow it to cool. Drink it. It's great for digestion, reduces bloating, and detoxifies the liver. Jeera water is best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.

Ajwain water soothes indigestion, cools acidity, & increases metabolism. To prepare, soak 1 tsp of ajwain overnight and strain out the water in the morning.
